That’s so true, today while working out I began feeling light headed and dizzy and I went to go find shade and sat down but that didn’t help. I threw up. Come to find out I was extremely dehydrated. I had sipped on some water during the workout but my body wasn’t hydrated going into the workout. I was sweating out more water than my body was intaking.
