S.NicholFitness offers One on One Training in-person and virtually which differs from our other training methods such a group or virtual group training. One on One training is more tailored to the needs of the clients on a more personal level + those that prefer more specific plan to target their workout goals.

S.NICHOLFITNESS OFFERS VIRTUAL GROUP TRAINING THAT IS PERFECT FOR STAYING HEALTHY + HAVING A MOTIVATED, FUN GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS TO KEEP YOU GOING.
S.NicholFitness offers Virtual Training courses weekly every Tuesday and Thursday. Our Virtual Training is done from home no gym needed, just two ten lb dumbbells and a fitness mat. Virtual Group Training is a hour long group session that is great for all fitness levels. Find out more below.
